Featured in the video, Sat Marany, is a recent graduate of Lotus Outreach’s CATALYST university scholarship project. Her journey is a powerful testament to the profound value of girls’ education. Marany’s brilliance and openness inspire us. We’d like to extend our deep gratitude to her for sharing her story.
In honor of Day of the Girl, celebrate the transformative impact that LO projects, particularly the CATALYST project, has for young women and girls in Cambodia!
CATALYST GRADUATES
We are delighted that on September 22, 2024, 38 young women graduated from our CATALYST university scholarship project in Cambodia! We asked a few of the recent grads about their next steps and dreams for the future. Read more.
We’d like to thank our dedicated partner, Buddhist Global Relief, who directly supported scholarships for 31 of these graduates during the past four years.

UWC-A COLLEGE INTERNS
We stand with Lotus Outreach this Day of the Girl because we are passionate about making a tangible impact on gender equality in impoverished communities. We chose to work with LO because we believe in empowering women and girls to break the cycle of poverty through education, advocacy, and resources. We know that too many girls are still denied their rights, which restricts their choices and limits their futures. As LO interns, we are motivated every day to change that.
Join us in empowering girls around the world and taking one step closer to a hopeful future.
